INFO FOR FAMILIES & AU PAIRS – MATCHING PROCESS/ ENROLMENT

Au Pair House has created an application form for the Full-time au pairs, Demi Pairs and Part-Time/ Short-Term au pairs that will assist and help simplify the search for a match between the family and Au Pair.

Demi-Pairs, Part-Time/ Short-Term and Full-time Au Pairs and Families:

• Fill out the application form on line and send to Au Pair House.
• Au Pair House will reply within 24 hours and will assist in collecting all relevant extra information necessary to complete your profile. After completion, Au Pair House will initiate the matching process with available families and au pairs. All forms and information are exchanged via email.
• When a positive match occurs, Au Pair House will exchange information with family and au pair, and upon approval, Au Pair House will then put both (family and au pair) in contact for a friendly interview/chat before final confirmation – contact is only part of the Full-Time program matching process.
• Once all confirmed, Au Pair House will send to both:
• Agreement Form and invoice for payment if applicable.
• Au Pair House must receive agreement signed by the Au Pair and family along with payment as per invoice issued date.
• Once signed agreements and payment are received, Au Pair House will finalise travel details for Demi Pairs, Part-time/ Short-Term au pairs and Full-time au pairs.

We cannot guarantee placement for all families and Demi Pairs, Part-time/ Short-Term au pairs and Full-time au pairs that are registered with Au Pair House. * Payment is only required after the Au Pair arrival details and placement with family are confirmed (always prior to arrival and NEVER before confirmation of placement).
