Process of matching au pairs and families
We believe that the au pair should have an idea of the work they
will be doing in the house. So we will provide samples of timetables
to simplify the creation of a new work schedule. A work schedule
will be designed with our assistance. We will also provide the agreement
with all the details of the program. During the process of placement,
we will make sure the au pair reads, understands and signs the documents
appropriately. Both the family and the au pair will have a copy
of the documents before commencement date.
The process of matching au pairs and families:
· Au Pair House has a family list which is used for selection
of options to be offered to au pair candidates.
· .Au Pair House match requests founded on the full information
received from both family and au pair registrations.
· Au pair candidates will have choices of families to apply
for.
· Au Pair House introduces the most appropriate family profile
to the au pair and the au pair candidate profile to the family.
· If au pair accept the option, Au Pair House sends more
details of the family, such as map of house location, work-schedule,
photos, etc.
· If au pair and family are happy with full information about
each other, the au pair and family will receive the agreement and
invoice for payment.
· Documents are signed by family and au pair and full fee
payment must be received by due date on the invoice.
· The au pair will arrive and be transferred to the family
home. Au Pair House staff will contact the au pair during the first
few days to arrange the meeting for the orientation session, where
they will receive all the extras included in the program.
· The Blue Card application form will be signed and organised
by Au Pair House on the first day of arrival.
· The Blue card will be delivered to the au pairs family
address within 6 weeks.
